90 days clean

#0, by finallyclean, 27 February 2011 08:27 PM

I stopped smoking due to being on probation, but now that I have admitted I was an addict living clean is great. I have saved alot of money and my life has changed derastically. For those who want to quit or need to quit working the 12 steps will help you. I used my mind and the steps to help me. If you tell yourself you need it then your body will want it. If you tell yourself that you don't need it whenever a craving comes and keep saying it eventually your habit will be kicked. This worked for me. Mind over drugs. You do the drug don't let the drug do you that was my modo for the longest. When I finally stolpped it helped me.
