One issue under discussion is the possibility of convening the MAWS Conference biannually instead of annually. As part of that discussion, all Members, Meetings and Districts have been invited by the fellowship's Trustees to participate in a MAWS Effectiveness Inventory.

The Conference Agenda Packet discusses the initiative in detail on pages seven through ten. For your convenience, I have attached the relevant excerpt.
